Safety before schedule
The itinerary can change. Safety is not negotiable.
Health information, weather, equipment, and the decisions of the crew shape every day on the water.
01
Before the trip
- Tell us the ages of children and older guests, and any pregnancy.
- Share medical, motion-sickness, or mobility considerations.
- Bring required medicine and personal essentials.
02
At the pier
- Listen to the safety briefing and meeting instructions.
- Wear a life jacket when instructed.
- Check the operator name and emergency contact on your confirmation.
03
During the trip
- Follow the captain and guide’s instructions.
- Enter the water only at an approved location and time.
- Tell the crew immediately if you feel unwell.
04
When weather changes
- The route and schedule may change rather than challenge unsafe conditions.
- Official notices and the captain’s judgement take priority.
- Alternatives follow the terms on your booking confirmation.
